Whether it’s introducing new legislation to advance our trade or working to stop harmful policy, ORCA is perpetually vigilant. Our legislative team has established relationships with key leaders in the Oklahoma legislature, and with municipalities throughout the state to ensure your right to do business in Oklahoma is respected and protected. 


  • Education & Safety...
    ORCA is committed to adding value to membership, while advancing the industry through education and making the workplace safer for everyone. Our Education and Safety Committee works behind the scenes to bring members new and relevant educational opportunities. Whether it’s code compliance, safety training, or product and technology education direct from the manufacturer, ORCA is committed to transforming the industry through continuing education. In addition to offering the complete Commercial Endorsement prep book set for rent or purchase, ORCA is also in the process of revamping our Commercial Endorsement Prep Class. Our goal is to support and provide resources to roofers who desire to expand their business to include commercial roofing services.

    The best advocacy associations are MEMBER-DRIVEN! ORCA members are encouraged to serve on any one of our standing committees and/or sub-committees. These committees include —Legislative Committee, Education and Safety Committee, Events Committee, Membership and Marketing Committee.     The Oklahoma Roofing Contractors Association Annual Conference and Trade Show is a premier yearly event organized by ORCA to promote professionalism, education, and networking within Oklahoma's roofing industry. It features an expansive trade show with exhibitor space occupied by manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers, offering attendees opportunities to explore the latest roofing products, technologies, and services while connecting with installers, builders, architects, and contractors. The conference includes educational seminars on best practices, legislative updates, and industry trends, complemented by social activities like speed networking and a live auction fundraiser to foster relationships among the hundreds of participants.

  • Isn't ORCA just for big commercial contractors?

    Not at all. Programs and services such as educational seminars, our searchable online membership directory and public awareness marketing are valuable membership resources for contractors of any size or type. The ORCA Legislative Committee is committed to advocating legislation that will improve the roofing industry in Oklahoma for all companies involved.   • I can't afford the membership dues, but am interested in ORCA. What can I do?

    It is important to realize that membership in ORCA is a business investment — not a business expense. When you join ORCA you will receive a listing in our online directory, so that consumers in your area can find you, your official member seal that will tell the public that you are an honest and reputable contractor, and the benefit of our public awareness marketing.
